Twisted in orientation for maximum ocean views, ‘Elevate’ accommodates 72 apartments designed with generous living spaces for couples and families focusing on community values featuring communal cars, laundry facilities and roof top garden and relaxation space. The cafe on ground floor is for those living within ‘elevate’ to serve the community around them.
Influenced majorly by site, Fort Largs, South Australia. The balconies are suspended similar to bridge and reciprocating the lines and mast of an old tall ship.
